Significance of multi-objective optimization in logistics problem for multi-product supply chain network under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment

Abstract Determining the methods for fulfilling continuously increasing customer expectations and maintaining competitiveness in market while limiting controllable expenses is challenging. Our study thus identifies inefficiencies supply chain network (SCN). The initial goal to obtain best allocation order products from various sources with different destinations an optimal manner. This considers two types of decision-makers (DMs) operating at separate groups SCN, that is, a bi-level decision-making process. first-level DM moves first determines amounts quantity transported distributors, second-level then rationally chooses their amounts. First-level (FLDMs) aimed minimizing total costs transportation, (SLDM) attempt simultaneously minimize delivery time SCN balance between destinations. investigation implements fuzzy programming (FGP) solve multi-objective intuitionistic environment. FGP concept was used define goals, build linear nonlinear membership functions, achieve compromise solution. A real-life case illustrate proposed work. obtained result shows quantities could enable managers detect optimum product when hierarchical involving levels. illustrates application
